My role is to lead a team of over 30 paid, supported, and volunteer staff that will ease any burden or change that technology brings. I get to use my skills in tech and leadership to direct faithful men and women towards utilizing information technology in a way that will bring the Good News of Christ to more people in more places.

I feel very grateful that God has given me this opportunity to take on this role. I get to make sure that every JAARS Alliance Aviator, Sailor, and Driver gets to focus on taking the Gospel to the ends of the Earth. The vision statement in the IT department is, "they will have faith in us because they will see our faith in Him." God has put it on my heart to make sure that emails, training slides, phone calls, donations, etc. will always work in a manner befitting an organization that is ran by faithful people who have put God's mission above their own safety.
